Week 13
Did skipping for quite a long period of time in order to increase endurance. Had sparring session with one of the seniors. Did dodging and at the same time did blocking and stopping training. Felt really satisfied as i somehow managed to dodge many of his attacks.jammed @ [No Where But Home]
Week 12
Didn't do much today. Did recaps of the moves. Practiced alittle on the punching pads and then sparring sessions after it. The sparring sessions was more of training our reaction time.

Week 11
Not many people turned up as the common test were near the corner. So did the regular things and sparring sessions again. Have to wait 2 more weeks before kickboxing starts again.

Week 10
Learnt the more advanced way of blocking and dodging people's attacks. Learnt proper footsteps.Sparring sessions at the end of the lesson.

Week 9
Did the same routine on the punching pads for one hour. Had endurance training too. After that was sparring session and i felt that i have gained more experience during the sparring sessions.

Week 8
Did something new today. Finally had sparring sessions with the seniors. Everyone that tried had a rather bad thrashing, but overall it was a great experience.

Week 7
Learn the side kick. Practiced it all on the punching pad. Thrust kicks, side kicks, left-right jabs, left-right cross punch. Learnt how to hold the punching pad properly so as not to injure the back and to have a better support.jammed @ [No Where But Home]
Week 6
Learnt how to do left-right cross punch in a swift way. By bending low and then pushing up like a spring, it enables easier n harder punches. Practices over the same moves.jammed @ [No Where But Home]
Week 5
Learnt how to parry and dodge jabs and kicks. Did it with a partner. Sometimes due to slow reaction either of us will get hit by the jabs and kicks.jammed @ [No Where But Home]
Week 4
Did warm-ups such as stretching. Learnt the cross punch and thrust kick. Looked at our own reflection in the mirror while training. Practiced the same thing for 2 hour plus.jammed @ [No Where But Home]
Week 3
Training as usual. Warm ups as usual. Met the other seniors that weren't there during the orientation. Maked more friends. Overall it was a fun experience.jammed @ [No Where But Home]
Week 2
Spent $64 to buy the Kickboxing's official T-shirt, shorts and a wrist band. Did some warm ups before the training. Was very hard as it had been a long time since i last did a warm up. Learnt a few new steps today such as jabs and thrust kicks. It was a tiring training.jammed @ [No Where But Home]
Week 1
We had our kickboxing orientation today. Made some friends during the entire orientation. Actually i'm joining kickboxing because of friend's influence. I didn't have much interest in kickboxing. However when i saw the fighting moves, it aroused my curiousity to know more about kickboxing. Therefore i joined. The orientation ended and i was feeling tired overall.
